Cody entered the physician recruitment industry in 2008 with more than 10 years of business management & development, marketing and leadership experience. His previous experience and his military background have given him the ability to consult with clients and develop strategic plans, unique to every situation within the ever-changing healthcare industry. Due to the ethical standards in which he conducts business, Cody has been able to form invaluable relationships within the healthcare industry. His unwavering drive & dedication to his clients allowed him the opportunity to start Infinity.
Prior to starting Infinity, Cody was a Vice President at a national physician recruitment & consulting firm where he won numerous awards including multiple “Marketer of the Year” awards. Before entering the physician recruitment & consulting industry, Cody was a Regional Manager for a national builder where he was responsible for business planning, strategic marketing, and management of multi-million dollar developments. He received several awards, including “Top Performer” in 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, Cody was an Executive Advertising Consultant for many years where he was responsible for creating and implementing direct marketing campaigns for his clients across multiple verticals.
Before beginning his professional career, Cody was a member of the United States Marine Corps and later received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of North Texas. He has a wonderful wife and three beautiful children.
